Seasons Of Me was established in 2010 by members Camron Scism (vocals/guitar) and Nic McWilliams (bass). With a passion for explaining true life experiences through music, they set out on an endeavor to find like minded musicians. After several personnel changes, the current line up is rock solid which now includes Greg Barrett (drums) and Dana Cox (guitar). The once dream has become a reality. "We pride ourselves on our grass roots diy approach to rock music. We earn the respect of our peers and the hearts of our supporters one show and one fan at a time.

Michael Alexander is a Southern Rock style recording artist born in Virginia and raised in Madison Wisconsin. Michael has shared the stage with some of the best in music to include support for acts such as Bret Michaels, Rick Springfield,Joan Jett, Lee Brice, Everclear, Lita Ford, Justin Moore, Korn, George Thorogood and many more. Michael has also toured the country doing Support for bands such as Wayland, Royal Bliss and Saving Abel. Michael is one half of the acoustic act. "Crowbar inc." With Grammy nominated Nashville recording artist, Rick Monroe. Michael has just finished his 5th studio record in Colorado Produced by Scott Wilson of the Rock band Saving Abel. Featuring Guest Musicians such as Kent Slucher of Luke Bryan, Neal Middleton Of Royal Bliss, Phill Vilenski of Wayland, Steve Hinson as well as many other incredible musicians.

Threatening to hurt or kill him or herself, or talking of wanting to hurt or kill him/herself; and or, Looking for ways to kill him/herself by seeking access to firearms, available pills, or other means; and/or, Talking or writing about death, dying or suicide, when these actions are out of the ordinary. Increased substance (alcohol or drug) use. No reason for living; no sense of purpose in life. Anxiety, agitation, unable to sleep or sleeping all of the time. Feeling trapped - like there's no way out. Hopelessness, withdrawal from friends, family and society. Rage, uncontrolled anger, seeking revenge. Acting reckless or engaging in risky activities, seemingly without thinking. Dramatic mood changes.
